Podolak and Associates, LLC, originally established in May of
1968, is a surveying and civil engineering firm specializing in
land planning and site development. During our over 32 years of
operation, our firm has completed well over 10,000 projects
ranging from simple property boundary surveys, to complete
subdivisions (2 to 400 lots), to the development of commercial
and industrial sites, including all phases of land planning and
development. Our firm is experienced in the design and
preparation of construction drawings, detailing improvements for
specific land development, and in the processing of these plans
through all federal, state, county and municipal regulatory
agencies, until all necessary approvals and construction permits
have been obtained. In addition, our firm offers construction
stakeout and inspection services, required to bring a project to
completion. Our firm subscribes, fosters and commits itself to
the practices and ethical standards of the National Society of
Professional Engineers, the American Society of Civil Engineers,
and the Maryland Society of Surveyors.
