Although Leon A. Podolak
and Associates, LLC works primarily in Carroll County,
we have completed projects in
Baltimore, Montgomery Cecil, Howard, Frederick, Prince Georges,
Anne Arundel, and Harford Counties, as well as Northern
Virginia and Southern Pennsylvania. Our firm has
completed hundreds of site development plans. One of our completed project in 2000,
was a site development plan for the Hampstead Town
Police Station. This project involved the conversion of
an historic building into a police station, and involved
cost effective site development design. Our firm is
familiar with Carroll County requirements for the design
and preparation of all types of plans.
